Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, project location and brief. You may also provide a telephone number, service preference, timing, intended investment and how you heard about Huma. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information or details about other people.
How the information is used
We use these details to review your request, respond and discuss the appropriate design support. An enquiry does not add you to an unrelated marketing mailing list.
Free planning-kit requests and optional emails
The free planning-kit form asks for your name and email address. We record your request privately and make the PDF available on the confirmation page. Requesting the kit does not book a consultation.
You can separately choose to receive occasional interior-design tips and studio updates. This checkbox is optional and is not preselected. We record the preference with your request. You can withdraw that preference by contacting info@humazareefinteriors.com; any future marketing email must also provide an unsubscribe route.
Website and email handling
An enquiry is stored privately in this WordPress installation for authorised administrators to review. A notification is also sent to the studio email address. The website is hosted through Hostinger; hosting, email and other service providers may process information to operate their services. Processing locations depend on the relevant service arrangements and may be outside your country.
Keeping project information
Enquiry information is kept for the purpose of assessing and responding to your request. If a project proceeds, relevant details may form part of the project and business records. Contact the studio to discuss the information held about your enquiry, its retention or a request for access, correction or deletion. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements.
Measurement and external links
Google Analytics 4 is used only when you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand page visits and contact-link use. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and project-enquiry text are not sent to Google Analytics. Advertising measurement and personalisation are disabled. Google may process usage data outside your country. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Ordinary links to services such as Instagram take you to another operator’s website, where its own privacy information applies. Read the cookie information for the website’s current features.
